I’ve been in this industry for nearly 20 years — long before social media made fitness trendy or coaching popular. This isn’t a side hustle or something I started after doing one program and seeing results. It’s been my career, my calling, and my craft.
Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of women and watched how easily their health gets buried under everything else — work, family, schedules, expectations. And I’ve evolved too — not just in my knowledge, but in how I support real women with real lives.
My work is about so much more than helping you eat better or move more.
It’s about helping you live better.
Because I know — personally — how short and precious life really is.
When I lost my dad to brain cancer in my late 20s, I made a promise:
