What's included:

Custom "LIVE" Workouts: 

You will have a custom workout program designed specifically for you with live coaching and guidance from a professional trainer. 

Coaching calls:

Virtually meet with your expert trainer Joan 1:1 every other week to discuss workouts, nutrition, goals, mindset & more.

Community support:

All participants will be a part of a voxer group and facebook community for additional conversation,

extra motivation & camaraderie.

Weekly accountability tracker:

In order to stay on track and live the best life you can, you must set realistic habits that help you move in the direction of your goals. This tracker will help you break down each into achievable actions so that you can see progress week over week.

FAQ's

Is there a payment plan? 

Yes! You will have the option to pay in full or make monthly payments.

Are the workouts in person?

Yes or virtually via zoom. 

What days & times are the workouts? 

Mon - Fri 5:30am, 6:30am, 9:00am & 11:00am (EST)

Do I get 1:1 time with Joan?

Yes! You will schedule coaching calls and have the ability to reach out at anytime for questions or support.

I am interested in doing the workouts virtually but I don't have a lot of equipment, is that going to be a problem?

Not a problem at all. I do recommend that you have a few different dumbbells and a mat, but no other equipment is required.
